The documentation about exactly how to use it is lacking in detail, to be very kind. There is no base profile for DCS, but there is a profile named Lock_On_X5x. This is my F-15C profile for the T16000M HOTAS, it has been created with rudder pedals and TrackIR/VR in mind so rudder, brakes and POV movement are not bound into the HOTAS. But can be modified as required. The F/A-18C is my main aircraft, so this profile was created around my Hornet profile, if you have the hornet I recommend that profile as well!
