If it shifts fine "engine off", that sorta rules out the shifter and linkage (not totally though). To test synchros, a "slow shift" or "double clutch/rev match" can test that. If you want to swap your 2.0 to a 2.7 i would recommend buying a salvage 05-06 GT/SE that's been in a rear-end accident, that way you have literally all the parts you could need to do the swap. That's what I'm doing for my auto to manual swap.Rushking19. My tiburon body has 300k+ miles on it currently the original motor had 212k on it when the last owner botched the timing belt job on it.
